Premium Terms

Last Updated: October 13, 2026

These Premium Terms apply when a Provider subscribes to LiverDirectory Premium, the paid plan for Provider profiles on LiverDirectory.com. They add to our Terms & Conditions, which continue to apply. Where the two differ about Premium, these Premium Terms govern.

Words such as “Provider” and “Services” mean what they mean in the Terms & Conditions.

  2. 2. Price and Founding Offer
  3. 3. What Premium Includes
  4. 4. Extra Aimy Questions
  5. 5. Automatic Renewal
  6. 6. Cancellation
  7. 7. Refunds
  8. 8. Payment Methods
  9. 9. Taxes
  10. 10. Price Changes
  11. 11. Contact Us

1. Who Bills You

Premium is sold and billed by Amsety GmbH, the parent company of LiverDirectory, which operates LiverDirectory.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page, and we never receive your full card or bank account number.

You can see your invoices and update your payment method, billing address and tax ID at any time under Manage billing in the provider portal's Settings.

2. Price and Founding Offer

Premium costs $1,499 a year, charged once a year in advance, in US dollars.

Founding doctor offer. For 12 months from the launch of Premium, the first 100 Providers to subscribe get $600 off their first year: the first year costs $899, and each renewal after that costs $1,499. The offer is for a Provider's first paid year of Premium only and can be used once. It ends when 100 Providers have used it or 12 months after launch, whichever comes first.

Before you pay, checkout shows what you will be charged: the first year's price and the price it renews at.

3. What Premium Includes

While your profile is on Premium, it gets:

  • Featured placement. In LiverDirectory's provider search, your profile is listed ahead of profiles that aren't on Premium and labeled “Featured.” Premium profiles take turns at the top, changing every hour, and the results tell visitors that Featured profiles are paid Premium listings.
  • An introduction video on your profile, from YouTube or Vimeo.
  • Up to 15 publications on your profile, instead of the 2 shown on the free Basic plan.
  • Your own Aimy. Aimy, our AI assistant, answers patients' questions on your profile page using the information on your profile.
  • A feature in the LiverDirectory newsletter once a year.

Fair use of your Aimy. Premium includes 200 patient questions a month answered by your own Aimy, and we email you as it gets close to 200 and when it reaches 200. In a busier month it keeps answering at no extra charge, up to 250 questions. Past 250, it uses any extra questions on your account; without them, LiverDirectory's general Aimy answers questions on your profile until the next month begins, and the Aimy on your own website points patients to your profile.

Premium does not guarantee any number of views, inquiries, patients or appointments, or any search position beyond the Featured placement described above, as our Terms & Conditions explain.

4. Extra Aimy Questions

If your practice needs more than the 250 questions a month your Aimy answers at no extra charge, you can buy extra questions in the provider portal, under Aimy, then Usage: 250 questions for $29, 500 for $49 or 1,000 for $89, plus any tax that applies.

A one-time purchase. Each pack is paid once, by card, and never renews: it is not a subscription. Amsety GmbH bills it, and Stripe emails you the receipt.

Extra questions are used only after the month's 250 free questions, one per answer, the oldest pack first, while your profile is on Premium. They last 12 months from the day you buy them; any left after that expire.

If your profile moves to Basic, your extra questions stay on your account until they expire, and work again if you return to Premium before then.

Welcome questions. Your practice's first Premium subscription starts with 250 extra questions at no charge, once. They work like a bought pack and last 12 months. They have no cash value and can't be transferred.

We email you when 50 extra questions are left, and when they run out.

5. Automatic Renewal

Premium renews automatically every year until you cancel. Each renewal is charged on the renewal date to your payment method on file, at the yearly price then in effect, plus any tax that applies.

We email you 30 days before each renewal with the renewal date, the amount and how to cancel.

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries it again over the following days, and Premium stays on your profile in the meantime. You can update your payment method under Manage billing. If the payment still can't be collected, your profile moves to the free Basic plan.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime online. Sign in to the provider portal, open Settings, choose Manage billing and cancel your subscription there. You don't need to call or write to us.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Premium stays on your profile until the end of the year you have paid for, and then your profile moves to the free Basic plan. Until that date, you can change your mind and renew under Manage billing.

On Basic, your profile shows up to 2 publications and no introduction video, it isn't featured in search, and LiverDirectory's general Aimy answers questions on it. Nothing you added is deleted: it shows again if you subscribe again.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund if you cancel within 30 days of a payment. After that, payments are not refunded, and Premium continues to the end of the paid year.

To ask for a refund, cancel under Manage billing and write to us at service@amsety.us within those 30 days. Premium ends when the payment is refunded.

Extra questions are non-refundable, including any that are unused or expired, and including when Premium ends, except where the law requires a refund. If a pack is refunded, its unused questions are removed.

8. Payment Methods

You can pay by card or from a US bank account (ACH Direct Debit).

A bank payment takes a few business days to clear. Premium starts once it does, and until then your dashboard shows the payment as processing. If the bank payment fails, Premium doesn't start until a payment goes through; you can update your payment method under Manage billing.

9. Taxes

Prices don't include sales tax or similar taxes. Where we charge tax, checkout shows it before you pay, and your invoice lists it.

10. Price Changes

We may change the price of Premium. If we do, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you. A new price applies only from your next renewal, never in the middle of a year you have paid for, and you can cancel before that renewal if you don't want to continue.
